In Vilnius, Lithuania we operate via Integrity (www.integrity.lt), the leading public relations and public affairs company whose current clients include airBaltic, DuPont, MSD, Microsoft, and The Capitals Golf Club.
Integrity is led by Arunas Pemkus. Arunas graduated from Northwestern University (Chicago) in 1982 receiving a BA in Political Science and Russian Language, and from Georgetown University (Washington, DC) in 1989 with a MS in Accounting. In Washington, he worked as an accountant in a large real estate and construction company. In 1989, he became a political appointee under President George Bush and worked in the White House and US Department of State, Bureau of Human Rights. Arunas came to Lithuania in 1993 as the country manager for KPMG's privatization consulting company. From 1994 to 1998, he managed a pharmaceutical company in the three Baltic States. In 1997-1998 Arunas was a senior debate advisor in the election campaign of President Valdas Adamkus and organized his Inauguration ceremonies. In 1999, he became the head of Integrity PR in Lithuania.

In Riga, Latvia, we are pleased to be able to cooperate with MRS Grupa (www.mrsgrupa.lv), which has a deserved reputation as the leading public affairs, public relations and crisis communications agency in Latvia whose clients include Neste, Colgate/Palmolive and Microsoft. NRS Grupa’s founder and senior consultant is Māris Mednis, one of the fathers of the PR business in Latvia. Before establishing the company, Māris directed the PR company "Kubits & Hamburg." He worked as a PR advisor to the former Foreign Minister Valdis Birkavs, and as director of Radio 102.7 FM (the first private radio station in the territory of the former Soviet Union) and of Radio 2 AM 945. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, Māris worked as a television and press journalist for local and international media outlets. His television stories about the restoration of Baltic independence were shown on CNN, the BBC, ABC and other channels.

In Tallinn, Estonia, our partner company is Alfa-Omega Communications (www.alfa-omega.ee), founded in January 2000. The company’s core business area is international Public Relations and Communications, but has also participated in work of several international consortiums to carry out various EU funded projects. Viive Aasma has been CEO and founder of Alfa-Omega Communications since 2002. She has a Master of Arts Degree from University of Nebraska Lincoln, USA and a diploma in Industrial Design from Tallinn Art University. Before Alfa-Omega Communications, she worked for 3,5 years in Hill and Knowlton, and was also Director for ELS Centre (EU Phare project) and a consultant in the European Commission Delegation to Estonia. Viive is a member of the Tallinn Toastmaster Club, Master’s Club and also Secretary of the Tallinn International Rotary Club.
